Seating is 'ANYSEAT' - This means it is first come first serve for where you sit in the screen. If you book tickets online or from our box office you are guaranteed seats however if you arrive late, groups may not be able to sit together. We will try our best to sit pairs and groups of three together when possible, however large groups should arrive early.

Doors for a show open around 20 minutes before the show depending on when the previous show finishes. Ask at our box office for more info on when a particular show opens.

Our online booking system only has a set number of seats available to sell, if a show is 'sold out' online, there could be tickets available at the box office if you arrive early or are able to pop into the cinema during our opening times, this usaully only applies to films in Screen 1. If a show sells our completely in advance we will post a message on Twitter and our Facebook Page to inform customers.
When you want to book, click on highlighted showtime on the film you want, if showtime is turned to grey then it is too late to book for this show.

Age Policy:
for 15 and 18 films we run a strict age restriction policy. You must be prepared to present ID if you look under 18 for a 15 film and 21 for a 18 film and alcohol sales. We accept passports, driving license and 'pass' logo card as ID. For 15 films we will also accept a birth certificate if presented with another form of ID (eg bank card or national insurance card) and will also accept a 6th form, college or university cards. Parental consent or accompaniment is not a valid form of identification. Alcohol sales are strictly for over 18's. The same ID policy as 18 films is enforced.

Our alcohol sales are restricted to certain films depending on it's certificate and content. Ask our staff which of our current films you can enjoy an alcoholic drink in.

We do NOT accept Orange Wednesdays. Tickets on a Wednesday are only £2.50 each or for 2D & 3D films.

Screens 3 and 4 are on the ground floor and have access for people with mobility problems. They also have plenty of space for wheel chairs and step free side entrance.

Refunds are only given on tickets in the very rare case of equipment failure.
